We are pleased to announce that the Asfordby branch of Latham House Medical Practice will be open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 18:00pm, from Monday 12 January 2026. Offering pre booked routine GP appointments with your registered GP, Clinic Nurse appointments, health care reviews and a phlebotomy service.
In addition, extended access appointments for blood tests and smear tests will continue to be available at this location on Saturdays, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
We have worked to ensure that patients can book appointments with our nursing team or their usual GP at the Asfordby site, helping to increase choice and improve access to care. Please specify your location preference when you complete your online appointment request.
The Asfordby Surgery is an extension of our main Practice and will be available to all registered patients, offering another convenient location to receive care.
Routine appointments at Asfordby can be requested using our online consultation tool, AccuRx, which is accessible via our website or the NHS App. If you are unable to complete the form online, please contact us by phone on 01664 503000 or visit the Practice and a member of our team will be happy to support you.
Once your AccuRx form has been submitted, your request will be reviewed (triaged) by a GP within two working days. Your GP or a member of the Practice team will then contact you to advise on the most appropriate next steps.
Please be advised that we are unable to offer a walk in service at Asfordby. On the day care and minor injuries support are available at our Sage Cross Street location.
